Pizza is something we all want. That been said, we tried to deliver a low fat ingredients pizza. Biggest difference from a classic pizza is that, in this one, we are not using any sort of flour, not even integral.
Sounds weird, but trust me, this is a healthy pizza. This is a variation of both chilly and cauliflower based pizzas. Besides chili peppers and broccoli, there are parmesan and leen seed which are very good for digestion.
- Mozzarella or fresh cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of dry oregano
- ½ onion
- Pizza sauce
- 2 chili peppers
- ½ cup of mushrooms (champignon)
- ½ of green pepper
- 2 spoons of leen seed
- ½ red onion
Clean the cauliflower and slice it to small pieces (use blender). Pieces should not be bigger than one rice bean.
Slice the mushrooms, peppers, white and red onions.
In the steamed cauliflower mixture, add mozzarella or the fresh cheese, and one egg.
Mash with fork, and mix it.
On a baking sheet, spill the mixture making a circle, in form of pizza.
Turn on the oven on max temperature, and leave the mixture 10-15 minutes.
Get the pizza out of the oven.
Coat the pizza with the pizza sauce with the combination of finely chopped chili peppers, and then sprinkle in the following order: grated mozzarella (or fresh cheese), onion, pepper, mushrooms.
If you wish, you can add up grated parmesan in the middle. Sprinkle with the leen seed, then put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
