Strong immunity helps to fight various diseases. Although our apothecaries daily offer more products to boost immunity, some ”popular” drugs can lose their integrity, yes it can happen. It is understandable because none of the synthetic product that the apothecaries can offer can match with the natural products that are easily accessible and more effective.
Having such a ” jar of vitamins” — would satisfy not only the children needs, but also will strengthen the immunity of the whole family. We offer two recipes to boos immunity. Both are tested and tried. It is up to you to choose which one.
First recipe is for strengthening the immune system of children and adults:
- 100g raisins
- 150 g walnuts
- 100 g almonds
- Peel 2 lemons
- 100g dried apricots
- 100 g dried plums
- 300 g of honey
In a machine for grinding meat grind the raisins, nuts, almonds and the lemon peel. In the mixture add the juice of two lemons, whose peel you previously used. Mix. Furthermore, add the dried plums and dried apricots. Mix. Finally add the honey and mix again. Leave it in dark place for 1-2 days.
For children older than 3 years – 1 tablespoon 2 times a day
For Adults : 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day
Second recipe for strengthening the immune system of adults:
- 200g dried apricots
- 200 g dried plums
- 200g dried figs
- 200 g walnuts
- 1 lemon
- 50 ml brandy
- 250 g of honey
The dried fruit and the lemon peel grind them together. In the mixture add the honey the brandy and the stir. After your done put it in a jar. Jar with the mixture is kept in the refrigerator. Consume one tablespoon before meals .
