Effective Diet With Oranges And Eggs

It is important to set realistic goals. This diet offers the possibility of losing up to a kilogram a day. Because during this diet we bring in less carbs is needed physical activity. Do not salt the food too much instead use herbal spices.

Monday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear , peach , watermelon, melon), 2 pieces of toast , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange , 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt
  • Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, half a kilo of lettuce or cucumber salad , 2 slices of toast

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear , peach , watermelon, melon), 2 pieces of toast , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 yogurt, 2 slices of toast
  • Dinner: 125 gr. ground beef, 1 tomato, 1 slice of toast 1 cup of coffee or tea

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear , peach , watermelon, melon), 2 pieces of toast , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, lettuce
  • Dinner: 125 g minced meat, 1 orange , 1 slice toast , 1 cup of coffee or tea

Thursday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear , peach , watermelon, melon), 2 pieces of toast , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 125 g. fresh cow mil, cheese witha little fat (or mozzarella), 1 tomato, 1 slice of toast
  • Dinner:125 g . minced meat , 2 tomatoes , 1 apple , 1 piece of toast

Friday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear , peach , watermelon, melon), 2 pieces of toast , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 200 g . cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 slice of toast
  • Dinner: 500 g. cooked vegetables (cabbage, peas, potatoes…), 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato

On weekends eat normally.

Once you reach the weight you want, keep it so that every Monday you eat breakfast 1 lemonade without sugar for lunch 1 egg, 1 slice of toast and 1 tomato and 1 piece for dinner toast and 1 tomato.

 

Guidelines and rules:

  •  Meat and cooked vegetables you can spice.
  • Consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
  • Dinner is not later than 19 pm.
