What do we need to prepare this drink ?
- 1.5 liters of low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons dried green tea
- Tea is recommended to buy the herbal pharmacy or health food stores , because the filter bags do not have the same effect.
- Boil the milk, then cool it a bit up to 70 degrees and then add the 2 tablespoons green tea.
- The milk has to be hot, not only hot lukewarm but hot when the tea is mixed with the milk.
- Cover and leave the tea to stand for about 20 minutes, then strain.
How to use it:
- You need to drink 1 cup of the drink every 2 hours
- In addition you should drink about 2 liters of water if you want the effects to be more secure.
