Domestic Rolls With Cheese And Pepperoni

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH :

  • 1/2 kg of flour
  • 25g fresh yeast or a packet of dry
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2.5 dl milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter

For the filling:

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g of pepperoni

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Knead the dough and let it stand. Roll out and make two or three balls. Roll them and cut into 6 or 8 parts. Place a piece of pepperoni and a slice of mozzarella and again leave them. You can coat with melted butter, season them with dried garlic or a little pepper, as desired. Muffins bake at 180 degrees paper baking for 15-20 minutes.
