Apples facilitate digestion and contain many useful substances that encourage the work of the immune system, preventing the accumulation of fat in the liver and protect against cancer.
Apples contain vitamins A, B and C and organic acids such as malic, citric, formic and carbonic. Apples contain pectin, which affects the reduction of calories and the negative impact of carbohydrates. Pectin also regulates the intestinal flora. Studies show that 25 g pectin from apples allows loss of 0.3 kg of body weight per day.

Day 1 – Apples – lose 1 to 2 kg
Breakfast: 3 small or 2 large apples mixed with a little lemon juice. You can add a handful of nuts.

Dinner: Carrots in unlimited quantities with the addition of sugar or honey.
